Help families in need make special memories

Since August 2022, our Owner Donated Stays initiative has provided wonderful experiences for disadvantaged families. Working with our Cheshire-based charity partner, Time Away, we've matched 194 families with donated holiday homes, positively impacting a total of 920 individuals.This initiative has offered much-needed respite, created lasting memories, and empowered families to break free from their daily challenges.

Time Away specialises in helping families with children facing life-limiting illnesses or additional needs, providing them with a temporay escape from their daily challenges. By working with Time Away, we ensure that eligible families receive the support they deserve.

I agree to provide my property for a charity booking to a holidaymaker(s) for free, and for at least 2 nights across one of the chosen dates stated above. The booking will be subject to the usual holidaymaker booking conditions with the exception of the holidaymaker not paying a booking fee, rental charges, other owner supplements or a good housekeeping bond (and not being entitled to a refund of them either); e.g. all other holidaymaker and owner rights and obligations, who is liable for what etc. remain the same. *

“It was just so lovely to feel as though someone cared enough to donate this break. We get very little support as we both work full time so don't qualify for a lot, but our lives are really hard/busy/upsetting, so the generosity of the homeowner really meant a lot to me.”

With such positive feedback from the families, we’re continuing our pledge to take 100 families away as we head towards 2025 and we’ve already had many generous donations from property owners.

To enable us to achieve our target and support more people, we need your help to give these families the opportunity to be together and detach from the stresses placed on them by their situation.
